The Business Terminal can help you access the following information regarding your bank accounts and other banking services
- current account queries, current status,
- query on the transactions of the previous 6 months on the account and exporting them into a file, statistical queries regarding the account (average turnover, balance),
- credit portfolio queries,
- analytical queries of post portfolios,
- deposit portfolio queries,
- portfolio queries,
- card information (deposit and/or credit card balance, turnover, limits)
- MNB and CIB Bank Ltd. exchange rate queries (retrospectively for 12 months),
- query on multiple direct debit order and transfer status
- query on rejected collections,
- collection of itemised postal check payments to the account.
- electronic statement subledger of merchant settlements; POS (physical) and eCommerce (online) card acceptance
- Query of Cash Pool and Multi-currency Cash Pool settlements and daily financing positions
- Query of the statement, current balance and daily turnover of accounts managed by other banks (MT940, MT941, MT942)
You can issue the following orders through the Business Terminal:
- performance of HUF transfer orders from a HUF account,
- performance of foreign currency transfer orders from a foreign currency or HUF account,
- issuance of collection based on a letter of authorisation,
- issuance of postal cash payment vouchers,
- deposit transactions (deposit-fixing, termination)
- issuing multiple transfer orders (e.g. wage payment orders),
- issuing multiple direct debit orders.
- issuing transfers from an account managed by another bank (MT101)
- correspondence with the bank involving attaching certain forms (for example, requesting a bank certificate, handover and activation of bank and credit cards between branches, reporting a cash withdrawal request) and delivering them to the bank relationship manager
The signature device used for signing orders is an electronic device connected to the user’s computer through a USB port. Each signature device is password-protected and contains a unique encryption key to protect from unauthorised use.

The messages displayed on the screen can be in English or Hungarian - depending on the customer’s choice.
