With CIB Internet Bank, you can quickly, easily and comfortably manage your bank, investment and leasing transactions from your home. In addition to the classic basic operations - such as queries, transfer orders, deposits - various banking services (eg bank cards) can be requested, bank cards can be activated and related limits can be modified. Identifiers required to use CIB24 telephone support

CIB24 identifier: The 8-digit identifier on the account statement header and the customer card that is required to identify and access the services through CIB24.

Signature code word: a code word that you can use to authenticate orders when you request a service, which you can change at any time.

Token device and CIB mobileToken login

Prior to logging in to CIB Internet Bank - When using Token Authentication Method - you need to provide a 4-digit PIN code generated by you to use the Token Tool to protect your Token device.

To sign up for CIB Internet Bank, you need to provide the following identification information:

Using the Easy Token tool is very simple. You only need to type in the "Token generated password" field by using the 6-digit number ("one-time password") generated by pressing the button on your device using CIB Internet Bank, mobilCIB or eBroker. This is necessary when signing in and ending both transactions and orders (signature-requiring operations) when signing in to the services.
